This chair has been used by our office manager for 6 months. She has sat in it on average 5-6 hours per day M-F. Even though the chair still looks sharp, the seat cushion inside has broken down to where there is virtually no cushion left. The chair is awful to sit in now; It's as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. She is 5'8" and weighs approx. 150 lbs. - well under the max weight for this chair. I spent a little over $100 on this. I would have been better off taking that money and investing it towards a higher quality chair in the first place. Now I still need to buy a higher quality chair and have a junky chair that is useless.

I had purchased the chair on line two days before it went on sale in the store. I was told to bring the receipt into the store when I received the chair and it was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had getting a refund.for the difference. I love the chair.
